He has underwritten over $20 billion in deal volume, successfully closed $100 million in transactions, and supported over $5 billion in assets. Known for his expertise in financial analysis and strategic consulting, Spencer delivers tailored solutions to clients navigating complex real estate opportunities.
Josh Stoddard

CO-FOUNDER - COO
Josh’s experience spans multifamily development at D.R. Horton, Freddie Mac’s loan compliance team, and diverse client engagements at The Fractional Analyst. With a degree in finance, he has thousands of hours underwriting, researching markets, and simplifying commercial real estate for operators. He combines his industry knowledge with a hands-on approach to deliver exceptional results.
Jared Stoddard

Jared is a product design professional with over a decade of crafting user-centric experiences within a wide variety of products, from startup apps to entire corporate systems. Passionate about research and design, Jared thrives on discovering and solving pain points with clear and clean solutions. Combining two of Jared's hobbies, tech and real estate, is an exciting venture for him.

From running point as the analyst on multifamily and commercial real estate at CBRE to most recently assisting deal sponsors in raising capital at Atlas Capital, Marigny has a breadth and depth of experience that we are so thrilled to utilize here at The Fractional Analyst and CoreCast.

Brian ran his own consulting practice for several years after over a decade of experience in property/asset management with global real estate exposure.
